EXPERIENCED GROUNDSKEEPER
Experienced Groundskeeper / Maintenance Person, $10/hour.
We are looking for a part-time groundskeeper/maintenance person, for our business near 800 South 200 West.
This position is only 5 hrs a week (20 hrs a month = $200/month). Later after we expand, more hours may be granted. Must provide proof of legal status to work in the USA. Hablamos español.

Hours and Days
==============
Flexible- you can work any days or hours from Monday to Saturday, as long as you work at least five hours/week.

Groundskeeper Work
==============
Will be mowing lawns, raking leaves, removing snow in the winter, pulling weeds, maintaining grounds, watering plants, picking up trash, keeping buildings clean, and making sure property looks great.

Maintenance Work
==============
Will perform basic preventive maintenance, repair, and renovation on facilities and grounds.
Will perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry maintenance and repairs such as: replacing light switches.
Will repair and refinish furniture, install plumbing pipe and related plumbing fixtures.
Will unstopp clogged sinks, toilets, drains and garbage disposals, reset circuit breakers, replace cord caps and switches.
Will make minor repairs to heating, refrigeration, swamp coolers and other electrical equipment.
Will repair damaged walls and doors; paint inside and outside building walls.
Will remove lint from dryer vents outside. Winterizes swamp coolers in the winter and removes cooler covers in the summer.
Will use power and hand tools to perform repair and maintenance work.
Will replace defective lighting problems and makes the necessary repairs.
Will refinish concrete work on floors, walkways, and other projects.
